Kick Ass Pays is a CCBill processed site that has some really excellent content... better than what you might expect from an independent!

Their affiliate program has lots of promo materials and payments are all done direct from CCBill. One drawback is that the affiliate site is poorly organized so finding what you want can take longer than it should.

That being said, if you want fresh content that is not overexposed... especially in the foot fetish niche, and you have have traffic that does well on RevShare, then this is a program worth taking a long look at now.
