Niche Partners is a quality program with good amateur niche content. They do not offer PPS but their sites are good enough to retain for more than a month or two. One major drawback of the program is the high processing fees, so if you send traffic be sure to set your payouts higher than $50 or the check fees become prohibitive. The program recently sold ownership as well.
