Staria Cash is a program operated with the Affiliate Cash network of sponsor programs. Affiliate Cash is a company based in Germany that uses a business model similar to CCBill or Epoch in the United States.

Unfortunately the program charges a $7 check fee and does not offer Epassporte payments so most webmasters would need to be paid via wire transfers which require high fees as well from your bank.

The content looks good and the affiliate support people are helpful, if the program was not held back by high fees and complications associated with being based in Germany it would be a much stronger choice for affiliate traffic.
